POWER VINYASA: Suitable for all levels. An invigorating flow of yoga postures taught in a room comfortably heated to 90F. Encourages building muscle tone, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxation and stress release. Aims to inspire and enliven in an energetic flow that has many different levels so that beginners and advanced students may be challenged and transformed in the same class. Bring a towel & water bottle and be prepared to sweat & feel amazing!


YOGA BASICS: Suitable for all levels, especially beginners. A relaxing and energizing flow of yoga postures taught in a non-heated room. Learn the foundations of the postures, healthy alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation.


INTRO TO POWER: Suitable for all levels, especially beginners. Taught in a room heated to 90F, a power vinyasa class with special emphasis given to teaching the foundation of the postures.


GENTLE YOGA: A slower paced practice for students of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Most of the class is a gentle, breath-centered vinyasa flow, taught in a non-heated room. Restorative yoga postures are also included, which provide a deep relaxation in a pose that is held longer with the use of props for support. Emphasis is on alignment, breath, and adapting to the needs of each individual.
