Join Lynn for a Mother’s day foundations class with informative instruction on the basics of practicing yoga while building strength and skill. You will learn the basics of sun salutations, foundation yoga postures and shapes, and the importance of connecting with the breath. Suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience who can benefit from revisiting essential alignment, flow, and breath-work principles. In this class you will:
- Enjoy a healthy and mindful flow to invigorate your body
- Calm the mind and body, and allow you to unwind into the natural presence and spaciousness that we truly are
- Have an opportunity to set your intentions for more loving you

RYT 200, Lynn completed her teacher training at Kripalu with trainers Coby Kozlowski and Michelle Delbac, igniting her passion to be a lifelong student of yoga. During this quest for self- knowledge and wisdom, she discovered a peace and insight the comes with regular practice. With the variety and sequencing of poses, Lynn’s classes build strength, flexibility, and balance.
