Join Lynn for this delightful series of gentle yoga classes, to relax and unwind, clear your head and unkink the body after a long day. You will be guided to connect breath, alignment, and mindfulness with basic yoga postures. Based on the Kripalu tradition of cultivating inner peace, these classes will focus on stretching and attention to breath during a relaxing flow. In this series you will:

RYT 200, Lynn completed her teacher training at Kripalu with trainers Coby Kozlowski and Michelle Delbac, igniting her passion to be a lifelong student of yoga. During this quest for self-knowledge and wisdom, she discovered a peace and insight the comes with regular practice. With the variety and sequencing of poses, Lynn’s classes build strength, flexibility, and balance.
