New Year's Restorative Yoga

Start your new year off right with restorative yoga!  Restorative yoga is the practice of intentional rest.  Join Erin for this deeply relaxing, gentle and quiet practice that will help relieve the stress and tensions of daily life.  You will be fully supported in yoga postures with the use of blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps. Come enjoy all the benefits that restorative yoga has to offer.  In this workshop you will: 

  • allow muscles to open and release without expending energy

  • eliminate fatigue and stress, as well as reduce anxiety

  • soften chronic pain

  • boost recovery process from illness and injury

Come and create space and freedom in your mind, body and spirit - what a great way to welcome the new year!   No prior yoga experience necessary.

Erin is a 500HR Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Certified Life Coach and Reiki II. She first completed her 200 hour training at Kripalu School of Yoga and attended Creative Kids Yoga School where she completed a 50 hour training. She then completed a Tibetan Buddhist meditation training which was led by the respected founder, Lama Allione.
