Join Angela, YogaWorks teacher trainer, for an exploration of Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang exist in everything, from our yoga movements to our conversations to the spaces in which we live. Yin qualities include cold, hard, dark, feminine. Yang qualities include warm, pliable, light, masculine. In this workshop you will:
- Explore a physical practice that challenges finding balance between doing and allowing
- Contemplate several key Yoga Sutras during the experience of really tuning into your body
- Cultivate strength and mobility while bringing steadiness and ease, to create a magical combination of Yin and Yang in practice
Come feel the balance of strength, effort, comfort and joy, through both longer held yin postures and a powerful vinyasa flow. It is this balance that brings the essence of yoga to the physical practice. Class is in an unheated room. All levels welcome!

Angela Botta is an E-RYT 500 hour teacher and teacher trainer with Yogaworks in NYC.
