Mandalas have been described as sacred circles, containers of essence, engines of change and mirrors or maps. This three hour workshop is an invitation to explore mandalas as a way of connecting to your creative spirit. Join mother and daughter Lauren and Haily Cryan, to explore your intentions and expand your creative energy in this mandala making workshop.
Set an intention through a series of relaxing and meditative yoga poses
Focus your energy on your intention as you create a personally meaningful mandala, using various art supplies, your own style and your insight from within.
You will be guided through the entire process; no artistic background is necessary for this grounding and creative experience.
Join us in this fun and expressive process that will help you alleviate stress, decompress and explore your creativity in an authentic way. Bring a yoga mat, or rent one in the studio. If you'd like to bring your own set of markers or colored pencils, please feel free - all materials will be provided. This event will take place in an unheated room.
When: Sat, March 19, 2:00-5:00pm
Fee: $35, members receive an additional 10% off
