Yoga foundations is a basics class taught in an unheated room. Perfect for beginners as well as those with some experience who can benefit from revisiting essential alignment.

RYT 200, Alistair, spent 11 years in the New Zealand Army as a combat trainer / officer. He found yoga as a way to repair his body from years of hard physical activity. His vinyasa flow style of yoga focuses on moving with breath in order to warm the body, calm the mind and assist students to discover their own inner warrior.
