Join Jenna in learning to practice the art of weightlessness and finding your center of gravity. This fun, challenging workshop is designed to teach you to do arm balance postures and inversions with greater mindfulness and ease. Students often over rely on force and strength, when working on arm balances & inversions, rather than learning the essential actions and movements to shift your center of gravity, engage supplementary muscle groups, and counter-balance so your body isn’t overworking in unnecessary areas. The sequence will help your body understand the mechanics and leverage to make these uplifting magical postures part of your practice. This workshop is for all levels, taught unheated, and will invigorate, challenge and educate you to become airborne. Remember to take yourself lightly and you just might fly!

RYT 200, Jenna Silva was originally drawn to yoga in search of holistic pain management. Soon after, she was immediately drawn to the art of yoga - mentally, physically & spiritually. Jenna has an active lifestyle and incorporates mind & body awareness into her everyday life. One of her favorite challenges in teaching is being able to tap into her student’s individual learning characteristics and to help guide them in their journey.
