RYT200, Wendy trained in the YogaWorks method. She was initially attracted to yoga for the physical but soon realized that yoga had much more to offer. Meditation, stress relief, community and self discovery. As a teacher, Wendy helps her students learn about themselves so they can progress towards their personal goals in a safe and supported space. Her teaching style focuses on alignment and building from the ground up so her students can practice well today and for the rest of their lives.When she isn't teaching, Wendy works as a registered dietitian with a focus on holistic health. She also loves hiking, running, painting and spending time with her dog.
