Haily Cryan, RYT 500, and Relax and Renew restorative yoga teacher, strives to inspire creativity through her teachings. As an artist who earned her BFA from University of Hartford, she believes that teaching and practicing yoga is a form of art. Haily creates a space for students to grow both in their physical and spiritual practice with mindfulness and compassion. Her 200 hour teacher training was completed with Buffy Barfoot, Clear Compass Yoga Teacher Training, in Denver, Colorado. Haily's passion for yoga is contagious and she is continually inspired through art, travel and time spent in nature. Haily completed her 500 hour Ayurvedic Teacher Training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and continually weaves this knowledge of nature and self study into her teachings.  Haily's classes use the breath to guide students into finding their own edge, so growth and expansion happens with each experience. It is important to her to meet each student along the path of his or her personal practice and teach that it is the journey of yoga that is important, not the end goal.  Haily's teachings emphasize alignment and flow, and encourage transformation on and off the mat.

Justine Miller is an E-RYT 200 yoga instructor, Souluna LifeCoach and 500-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher certified from the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda.  She has studied under many experienced teachers including Devarshi Steven Hartman, Jurian Hughes, Yoganand Michael Carol, Larissa Hall Carlson and Coby Kozlowski. With over two years and 1,000 hours of teaching experience, Justine meets her students on their path and guides them to where they want to be. Justine’s training at the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda has allowed her to teach from an intuitive and knowledgeable place. Her creative sequencing and love for the practice of yoga empowers her students to find the divine in every day life. Combining the wisdom of life, or Ayurveda, into her yoga teaching and lifestyle practices supports her students in feeling balanced and in harmony with themselves and nature. Off the mat and out of the office, you can find Justine swimming in the ocean, walking through the woods or making vegan carrot cake. Find her on Instagram: JustYogi1 ; Facebook: Just Yogi

October 6th - 9th, 2017

Join Haily Cryan and Justine Miller at the Stowe Mountain Ranch Yoga Retreat Center in the Green Mountains of Vermont for a fall foliage retreat on Columbus Day Weekend.  Both 500-hour Kripalu Ayurvedic Yoga teachers, Haily and Justine are passionate about bringing Ayurveda, or “the wisdom of life”, into your daily yoga practice.  Ayurveda is a holistic Indian approach to health and wellness that helps us balance the body and connect with nature. We will engage with the natural world through Stowe Mountain Ranch’s yoga with horses program. This unique program includes an introduction to horsemanship techniques, the integration of yoga positions both on and off the horse, and a bareback journey to a beautiful waterfall. Stowe Mountain Ranch’s yoga with horses program was recently featured at the Wanderlust Yoga Festival, in Cosmopolitan Magazine, in Yoga Journal and in the Huffington Post.

Each day we will deepen our yoga practice with both active and restorative yoga styles, explore self care through Ayurveda and writing workshops and nourish our bodies with three freshly prepared, organic meals a day. Aside from our scheduled events, there will be plenty of time to explore on your own or unwind. This retreat is rejuvenating for experienced yogis and beginners alike.
