Emily, ERYT 500, teaches classes drawing from her Anusara background offering very specific alignment instruction allowing for maximum benefit in each asana as well as injury prevention and therapeutics. She draws on her background with Ashtanga to balance focused awareness and alignment with a flowing vinyasa class that allows the practitioner to build internal heat and benefit from a more challenging practice. She is trained in therapeutics and precise biomechanical instruction for detailed asana instruction with a focus on anatomy and physiology, as well as advanced pranayama, contemplation and meditation techniques.
