RYT 200, Alistair, spent 11 years in the New Zealand Army as a combat trainer/ officer. Alistair found yoga as a way to repair his body from years of hard physical activity. Having completed his Trauma-Conscious Yoga Training, Alistair aims to share his experiences with others. His passion is helping veterans and currently serving people to heal their bodies and mind through yoga. His vinyasa flow style of yoga focuses on moving with breath in order to warm the body, calm the mind and assist students to discover their own inner warrior.
